I went in on a Thursday at 11:00 am. Whoever the lady is working is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. She said that she was out of bread, the store has only been open 2 hours. I ordered Italian herb and cheese and she said they were out, then right before walking out I see her pull out an Italian herb and cheese to serve to another customer. Claudia deserves serious recognition. During the last 30 minutes of service, the store was slammed and she was handling everything—taking orders, making food, and helping multiple customers—completely on her own. Even under visible stress, she stayed kind, supportive, and professional, and my order was handled without any issues. That said, it was difficult to watch one person be stretched so thin.
