I ordered two sandwiches through the Subway app, the order was accepted, and I was charged in full with a pickup time given. When I arrived, the employee pulled my receipt out of the trash and casually told me they “don’t honor those coupons.” No call, no text, no heads-up, nothing. They cancelled my order without informing me, tossed the receipt, and acted like it was no big deal. Don’t order here if you’re using a coupon or app coupon. They will accept your order then cancel it. Avoid going here. Subway offers coupons, but makes you jump through hoops to use them. The worker here said the their system cancels the order.
