Went to order a sandwich, there was a customer ahead of me ,ask for the key for the restroom,employee told me in a very arrogant tone " bathroom is out of service " waited for my turn to order ,when it was my turn he went to help someone else who came in after me ....... very poor customer service !
I ordered two sandwiches through the Subway app, the order was accepted, and I was charged in full with a pickup time given. When I arrived, the employee pulled my receipt out of the trash and casually told me they “don’t honor those coupons.” No call, no text, no heads-up, nothing. They cancelled my order without informing me, tossed the receipt, and acted like it was no big deal.
