Bad experience. I will not be going to subway chain anymore. The owners are not very compassionate.
Ordered online with the titan turkey which has extra turkey and I added extra lettuce to my order. When I received my order there was small amount of turkey there is suppose to be 16 slices of turkey got 5 and light lettuce. And she refused to do anything about it.
The workers don't get taught anything about service. The one male worker was rude and very slow for someone who has worked there for more than a year. Food is good but the workers are awful low-key...
Literally the slowest and most incompetent employees I have ever encountered. Didn't ask what cheese we wanted if any, just put a tiny dusting of Monterey Jack cheese on. Asked for extra lettuce and dude literally put like 7 shreds on and had to be guided through every step of how to make a sandwich. Train your employees PROPERLY or close down. Never returning. He was nice so nothing against him
