I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. When I placed my order, the employee only added one slice of pepperoni. I asked for more, and when I checked the food, I noticed the pepperoni looked discolored (red and brown), which was very unappetizing. I asked to speak to a manager, but the employee told me she was the manager. I want to start by saying no offense to the employees, but this location seriously needs attention from Subway management. Possibly terminate franchisee agreement. Based on my experience, the staff appears poorly trained and not following standard preparation practices. The food quality was very concerning. The tuna looked unusually pale, as if it had excessive mayonnaise mixed in. The ham did not seem fresh, and the vegetables were soggy and unappealing. Bad experience. I will not be going to subway chain anymore. The owners are not very compassionate.
