The manager of the store was very rude and disrespectful. My sandwich was made wrong and all she did was complain about it behind the counter where customers could hear her. She also tried to say it was our fault. I’ve been to this subway location many times and have never had an issue until today. If she going to complain about the customers “making a mistake” she needs to go where said customers cannot hear her! Very disrespectful and rude.
Friendly staff, clean restrooms and quick service
I came here on a Thursday, girl who took my order put the wrong sandwich’s, after I had left opened them up wrong sandwich’s. Called the store, nothing was wrong with the order taking, the new girl was very nice, manager was very nice, I’m not mad about the fact it happened. What I’m very upset about is the costumer service for the closing shift.
