Very disappointing experience at Subway Penrith. The food was okay, but the customer service was the worst part of the visit. The staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and unwilling to help. They also added very few vegetables to the sandwich compared to what you would normally expect. Overall, the service was poor and the experience was not worth it. I hope the management improves staff training and customer service.
Food was fine. The lady that served me rolled her eyes at me like me asking her to do her job was a huge inconvenience to her. She was quite rude in her tone the whole time and I kept worrying she was going to yell at me or get angry. Will not be returning.
Didn’t change gloves after handling cash and contaminated the food
Worst service and food I have ever had. Never coming back
