The store is beautiful, nice and clean. The lady serving me was very nice and food was delicious.
What an idiot guy who served me last Friday, didn’t even know how to talk to the customer. I was so disappointed and when I told him that u can’t speak to me like this, he started raising his voice. So much attitude. Never wanna come back again to this subway even though I love subway a lot. Heartbreaking 💔
I had a fantastic experience at the High St Subway today, thanks to Khushi! Her exceptional professionalism and warm, welcoming attitude truly stood out. The lunch bar was fresh, well-stocked, and inviting. The meal she prepared was absolutely delicious & made with love. I love subway a lot but unfortunately the experience I’ve got last night in Penrith’s subway shocked me. The guy was so rude, terrible customer service and please teach him basic etiquettes of engaging with customers. Gave me an attitude for nothing. Never coming back again.
The quality of food was very bad, I wish I had never bought good from them, also very bad behaviour of staff humiliating new customers
