I absolutely loved my experience at this store. I love that there are now three people working; the service is super fast and very efficient. Yesterday when I went, everyone was very friendly and attentive. I'm definitely going back. Plus, the product tastes very fresh and looks to be of excellent quality. I loved everything!
I really love the food at this Subway and I want to highlight that the new management is very kind, and that they now accept coupons and offer good promotions, which is great. However, my experience on Thursday was very unpleasant. There were only three employees working, and one thin female employee was preparing my sandwich. She had her hair down, and another employee handed her a hair tie so she could tie it right in front of my food. She did not wash her hands afterward and continued preparing my sandwich. I’ve been coming to this Subway often and I can honestly say the food is always fresh and well prepared. Since the new management, the atmosphere feels much more welcoming, the staff is friendly, and it’s great that they now accept coupons and offer good promotions. You can tell there’s an effort to improve and keep customers happy. The place is clean, service is fast, and overall it’s a reliable spot for a good sandwich.
