Couldn’t place orders online kept getting canceled so I came in lack of good customer service very small portions

6:20 pm sign says open but door is locked, was waiting in the parking lot, door unlocked. The short dude with beard took my order in a very rude, aggressive and unwelcoming way. He did not toast the bread and started rapping it, I asked him that I like it toasted, he put the bread in the oven with everything on it. Will not go back and not recommend.
Please indicate the correct working hours. I understand it’s Saturday, but this is causing inconvenience for your visitors.
Tried to charge $2 extra for lettuce which comes with the sandwich
