they serve online orders before the people that are actually there and it's very rude to do that to customers
This place is always very busy.
I visited the Baldwin Ks store and my complaint is with one particular member of the staff. I won’t mention his name but he is never friendly, almost rude, ignores questions, looks dirty and has greasy hair. Today when we went there, there was an empty store and most of the bins were empty and he had to keep going to the back for stuff. Then, I asked questions at the register which he ignored me almost to the point I thought he was deaf. I will not go to this store ever again as this was the last straw. Staff is fine, but they are constantly out of basic and popular ingredients. I've ordered online for the last time! I've shown up only to be told, "we didn't make any of your order because we are out of _____". No notification before I drive 30 mins one way to pick up an order that wasn't made. Go to the grocery store that is literally 1/2 block away and buy a green pepper or a package of ham until they can figure out how to manage supply chains.
