I can’t believe that service standards can drop to what I experienced today. The young girl who served me seemed oblivious to how rude she was. Her questions about my order were all just one word. Bread? Meat? Toasted? She didn’t even let me explain how many items I was ordering before she dropped me and started serving the next customer and ended up getting confused between orders. Best subway I’ve ever had
Lovely place
Came in today around 3 with my son and nobody was working, waited for 3-4 minutes and yelled out just in case but no one came. As we were leaving the lady was actually in bubba pizza for some reason
worst customer service of my life, was served by an older lady and she was SO rude. i asked for extra olives and she straight up refused? she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. i asked for a manager and she refused. absolutely terrible experience, she insulted me on the day out of the store. never coming back here again
