I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The pricing was excessively high compared to other Subway outlets. For a regular footlong sandwich with ham, salami, bacon, one egg, and pineapple, I was charged $28, whereas other Subways typically charge around $21 for the same item. I usually order a fresh BMT with lettuce & tomato, this is hands down one of the worst subways I’ve even been to. I live interstate half of the time and the difference between this store and the multiple subways in qld I go to are crazy! I literally get 1/4 of the tomato and lettuce at Mornington than I do in qld. If I ask for more they charge me. had an absolutely terrible experience at the Mornington location. They continue to let people in, but when you actually go to order, you’re told that nothing is available to eat after the morning service ends. It makes no sense to have doors open, staff on shift, and customers walking in, only to be told you can’t get any food. The male worker who works late shifts on Saturday night has been extremely rude on many occasions. He simply mis heard me on Saturday just gone and I corrected him to what subway I wanted and he threw the subway ingredients back and threw his head back in anger. This male worker is a treat offender and is extremely rude and disrespectful every time I have gone to order a subway. Not good!
Customer service is shocking! lady came up and said hello and as soon as I started taking my order, she completely walked off and started doing another task and didn’t finish my order until she’d finished whatever she was doing. So rude!
