Very bad services..staff in cashier very rude and not smile at all.and talk bad about me infront of my friend.

Such a RUDE manager, no idea about customer service! I was an almost daily regular until I was told by the manager not to come back because I like to have a few extra NAPKINS (simply because the single napkin provided is totally inadequate!!) perhaps the franchise should provide some in house customer service training to this rude and disrespectful nasty girl ‼️
Amazing staff and delicious food! I come here regularly to get a sandwich when i'm out or often before I get on the train. The employees are some of the best i've ever seen, I get the same sandwich pretty much every time along with cookies and a mango tea, they actually remember who I am and know exactly what i'm going to order and they start preparing it once its my turn in line. It honestly warms my heart to see the staff knowing me when I come in and knowing exactly what i'm going to order, i've never had that experience ... read more
Service wasn’t great. Only put cheese on half of it and added lettuce when I didn’t ask for it.
