When my order was not delivered and I called about it the employee was rude and without giving me an answer he hung up then when I called back and tried to get my order canceled and asked if I would get my refund he hung up with no response
I called two minutes after I placed my order because it didn’t give me an option online to have my sandwich toasted, and when I called to have them toast, my sandwich I was told it was already made, and they refused to make my order the way I wanted it and my order wasn’t supposed to be ready for 15 minutes! The workers are more concerned about being on their phones and smoking cigarettes outside than the customers and what they want!
I visited a Subway location for dinner and was assisted by an employee named Ethan. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Throughout the interaction, Ethan was rude and passive-aggressive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. His tone and attitude did not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service I expect from Subway. although I had an issue with my sandwich Beth made sure my issue was taken care of in a professional manner and it was resolved so I was a very satisfied customer thank you Beth for your great customer service
