I just wanted to leave a review about the young gentleman with curly hair who helped me today. His customer service was absolutely outstanding!! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made my sandwich perfectly, kept a great attitude even while working hard, and he genuinely a displayed great work behavior and made my day with friendly chats
Best subway in Cranbourne! First subway i have been to around Cranbourne where the bread was actually fresh and not stale!! Service was also good!
I don’t give negative feedback usually and giving a 3 because I don’t want your average rating to drop. There seems to have been an ownership change recently and what I have noticed is that they are trying to maximise profits by putting on very little ingredients. My kids love the Cheese Garlic Tostie and when I ordered that a couple of times, they try and put in the bare minimum aloi to barely cover the bread and then a very thin layer of cheese. Very disappointing service. Staff were unfriendly, slow, and seemed uninterested in helping customers, had a disappointing experience at this Subway. I was informed that Italian Herbs & Cheese bread was unavailable, so I asked for white bread instead. However, one sandwich was made with white bread and the other appeared to be made with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread.
