Ava Grace was so friendly and made me a great sandwich!
The quality of the food was what you expect from Subway; what surpassed my expectations was the staff. Ava Grace greeted everyone with a huge smile and happiness to serve. They also had a new employee (whose name I'm not sure of. ) who informed me that she had just started her first day 15 minutes ago. She was eager to jump in and help in any way she could, with a genuine smile and friendliness as well.
Great clean subway. AVA IS Star sandwich maker. Will be back on our trips.
In July 2025, we placed an order via the app to be picked at the woodland park location. However, only two of the three sandwiches were made when we picked them up. We were promised a refund (then later that changed to a gift card) for the missing third sandwich by a manager, Kayla, with a chip on her shoulder. However, as of this review we still have not received neither a gift card nor our refund. I will remove when our refund is received.
