if i could give zero stars i would , i was served by kaity and she was so rude. have never seen worse customer service. she was so rude asking what we wanted and spent the whole time talking to her friend about her love life.
Young girls unfriendly and have no idea how to make the subs. Girl messed mine up by cutting it incorrectly and all the salad filling fell out.
So slow so uninviting and have no idea what is going on ! What’s more important a customer in front of your face or a uber order? Had 3 staff at the front 2 doing Ubers and 1 doing my order and had no idea what was going on I ordered the chicken pepperoni and the bbq bacon “loaded” sub dog first I had to remind her to put the pepperoni on before the cheese, the sub dog she had no idea what was on and forgot to put the bacon on until the very end so had to be microwaved and came out black but still put it on ? I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Gabi! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great customer service—she took the time to get my order just right and did it all with a smile. The store was clean and well-stocked, and Gabi helped create a positive and easygoing atmosphere. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in their work. Got my daughter dinner from here tonight which was a 6 inch sub with literally just ham and cheese in it. The girl (who I might add, was not very welcoming and had a sour look on her face the whole time she served me) rang up my order of the sub for $6. I politely told her that last last few times I had been in, this sub had been put through at $3.95 l (I assumed because it only had ham and cheese on it) she told me that I have to ask at the start for a kids sub which means they cut part of the 6 inch bread off and throw it ... read more
