Slowest workers ever. 20 minutes to make a 12 in and a 6 inch. Not good.
1. Awful customer service. The place was filthy and unclean. 2. They don't put lids on their food which is pretty unsanitary, no wonder when I went in the all their vegetables looked gross and dried out. 3. The reason for this negative review. I did a mobile order for a sub and a side pretzel, it said so on my receipt yet when I got home it wasn't even in the bag. I know they saw it because I asked for my bacon extra crispy and they did that but never even stopped me to tell me I forgot anything I assumed it was in the bag. But for getting over 16.50minimum wage, how can you forget stuff out of the order? Why ate they not being double checked by the employee there would be less of this issue.
