I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Subway. The waiting time was far too long, even though there weren’t many customers ahead of me. Service was extremely slow, and it felt like the staff were not paying attention to moving the line efficiently. What should have been a quick stop for food turned into a frustrating experience. Subway is supposed to be fast and convenient, but this location really failed to deliver on that.
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a bowl with no tomatoes and three sauces, but my order came with tomatoes and none of the sauces I asked for. My daughter also received tomatoes on her ham sandwich even though she didn’t ask for them. It’s frustrating when specific instructions aren’t followed, especially when some are related to dietary restrictions. Please train staff to pay closer attention to customer orders. Accuracy matters.
