I went to the store, nobody was there at the store from the staff. I was waiting for 10 mins but no one. Then I called on the store number and the guy came out from inside. Did not even apologise or anything, before putting this guys at the store front they should be trained with basic customer handling skills.

The worst dinner ever. Me and my family went to this location after the movie on 21st Jan 2025. It was around 8:30 pm at night. We were all dressed up in winter gear since it was a polar vertex warning going on. We ordered the subs and decided to eat at the restaurant. We asked for room temp. water bottle and were provided with a cold one. On asking about the room temp. water bottle, the lady at the counter said the one provided is room temp.
