Absolutely horrible service from two staff members here, first they put the "beetroot" topping on our sub, didnt even mention it was extra, when we found out they charge $3 more (an entire can is $2 at Woolworths), and we saw she only threw on 4 peices, we asked if she could atleast put more on if its gonna be $3. She acted like it came out of her paycheck to start, then gave us attitude for the rest of the time.... This Subway is part of the food court where there are various food outlets and lots of customers. Every morning the “bread is ready” alarm starts beeping, sometimes for up to 10+ minutes before anyone turns it off. This is majorly annoying for anyone in the food court, both patrons and other stores workers alike. I love Subway, but this alarm ruins the food court experience for the morning customers who want to relax over a morning coffee. Solution? Either turn down the volume or attend to the alarm quickly. Thank you.
Totally disgusting they are. I ordered veggie delight and told them to change their glove as the customer before me had order meat sub . But still they didn't care and used the same one in mine too. Very worst service. Atleast they should change their hand gloves between vegetarian and non - vegetarian orders.
Bad customer service. The rude lady at the front counter, poorly assembled food and often doesn't listen to the customers choice.
