We were served by two friendly ladies. They worked so well with each other to manage this restaurant. The first lady greeted us warmly and she was super efficient to prepare our bread. The second friendly lady took over and added the pickles and sauce we wanted and even packed our food individually without us asking for it. Excellent customer service from a wonderful team of two. I cannot recommend this place more.
Isaac did a absolutely amazing job of making a real good sandwich best subway sandwich I have had in a while keep up the good work (deserves a pay rise)
Thanks team Helensvale Qld for always being extra educated on celiac practise we visit often with our Celtic daughter and we always feel comfortable with her food prep even on busy days special mention of Jordon who took care of our Celtic order like a boss today keep up the great job
Great fast service
I was in the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes with no one infront of me and the store was quiet, I doubled checked when ordering to toast my sub and they said yep, went to eat it at home and it wasn’t even toasted.
