On multiple occasions, I have visited Subway Warwick and ordered chicken wraps. Most of the staff that I have seen cannot wrap the contents in a neat manner. This has happened to me several times now. The wrap bread is presented to me ripped, with food falling out. My husband picked up my order today. Same story. The girl at the store tried to wrap it twice and still presented it with ripped bread and all contents falling out. I brought two six inch combo ,and then I asked for to do it a (half veggie delight and half veggie patty)footlong they disagreed and then I said to do six inch combo they told me that there will be no drinks and only cookie ,when I checked online there is one drink with six inch combo and I haven’t got it ,just reviewing you so that next time it won’t happen ,although the service was good and the staff was kind but I think they misunderstood,I think it will get resolved Thankyou

Just now I ordered a sub through the app and requested 3 sauces, but when I received the order there was no sauce at all. I showed photos to the staff, but they denied it and claimed the orange colour was sauce, when it was actually liquid from the toasted patty. I received no proper response or service. Very disappointing experience.

After my experience yesterday I’ve never been here before and i definitely won’t be back. I asked for the chicken classic, she put what looked like 2 slices on the sandwich and stacked the rest with salads. i opened it up and couldnt even see any meat, seriously there was more sauce then meat! i took it back and said theres no chicken in this she looked at the sandwich (which she had to dig through), she said “yes there is chicken” and the man who was in line laughed and was on my side with this because he couldn’t see it ei... read more

She was quick, precise, and genuinely engaged, making the experience feel personal rather than transactional.
