Ordered online and brought my sub home and took a bite only to find it had no cheese, sauce, or bacon (apparently they only put bacon on half of the sub). Went back and the lady gave me attitude saying they don’t have provolone as if it were my fault for ordering it. Common sense would be to inform the customer before giving it to them. Long story short the service is bad.
Marialena behaved very rudely and refused to help me with a wrong order and refused to accept responsibility.
The people who work at this store is very disrespectful the lady I asked to make a pizza I asked if she could chop the bell peppers and she told me no and gave me attitude till I walked away very disrespectful horrible service they need to shut the place down. Meanwhile the manager was present said nothing and they all carried on in their native dialect.
The best service at this place. Melany is really nice and lovely subway worker. Highly recommend 👍👍👍
The people who work here actually like they hate you the minute you walk in. 2/2 so far.
