I drove 10 minutes to get here and they didn’t even allow me into the hospital to get Subway because I am not a patient at the hospital. That’s ridiculous.
I called to speak to a manager the lady said I don’t know a manager and hung up on me

I recently visited Subway and was disappointed with the portion of meat in my sandwich. Despite paying $20 for a sub meal, the amount of meat barely filled the sandwich. Never answer their phone made me stand outside for 15 mins in the cold. Security tells you they can't open the door only they can. Security finally let me in to see 2 guys ignore the phone for 10 mins straight.
