Their door was locked 45 minutes before their google hours claimed they were open. As someone who works late night shifts, this could not be more aggravating. Now I am starving, and shit out of luck.
Service is always spectacular here. Compared to competing fast food locations in the area, this location is knocking it out of the park.

I stopped in and ordered 9 subs to go. And of course I'm in a hurry. Mickey did a fantastic job. Delicious subs
If I could give this place zero stars I would absolutely do so. I asked for extra tomatoes and extra pickles and the woman behind the counter got defensive about the toppings and told me that if I wanted the extra toppings she would have to charge we extra. I asked her how I would be charged extra for the toppings and said that she would ring it up as extra cheese because there is no option to ring up extra toppings.
