Came into this subway and ordered a Turkey sandwich footlong heated on Italian bread. I wanted the meat and the cheese heated on the bread, but not the bread toasted, but they gave me the sandwich and the meat was burnt! this is the first time I have ever had meat burnt on my sandwich, and I was told by the male worker that this was the only way the sandwich could be done.
