Typical Subway store with sandwiches made fresh to order at reasonable prices by friendly staff.
Ordered the nachos and got a cluster of chips and cheese with a few torn up pieces of jalapenos. Nothing else. Then noticed i had not received any of the cookies or sides we ordered. Accepted it happens and moved on to then find bits of tissue in my sub. To make a mistake on a sub or something sure.. happens. But to look down at this and send it out. Genuinely staff intending on sending out a bad product. Lazy and pathetic. Outrageous. No answer on the phone for hours either.
I go to the same store every time and admittedly always get the same thing, but i’ve never had any issues or been disappointed. I love subway
One of the worst subway experience I had. 1. Dirty and unhygienic. 2. Worst subway ever, I ended up throwing it, subway should do an audit of this place. 3. Girl staff was sarcastic when pointed out mistakes. If the owner wants to run this business for longer he needs to change the staff especially the girl working there who is sarcastic and arrogant, more importantly they should maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per subway standards. I hope subway reads this and does a proper audit of this place.
