Came in to pick up an order (17th Jan 2026) and Bec was so lovely and kind, and very helpful when our order had to be remade, she even brought it outside for us! She is a genuine asset to the team. Hopefully the other girl she was on with can take some pointers from her, as she was quite rude
Staff rude and tried to get the sign in as my family and I were walking in most rude person i spoke to got grunted at then heard them whinging about us while waiting for our wrong meals
Got there at 8 pm for a late dinner with our family , got grunted at at the front door even tho it was half hour before closing , the 2 female staff were rude and we got dirty looks from them both . Whole experience was terrible esp being 3 days from Xmas . I love subway , but Next time will go to McDonald’s for better service.
