Pésimo servicio el de la persona que me acaba de atender, es una grosera y falta de respeto y la comida se noto que la preparo de muy mala manera y su molestia por yo no hablar bien ingles era muy notoria... tanto asi que un cliente se ofrecio de muy buena manera a traducirle para mi! Deberían darle lección de atención al público! Comida excelente pero PÉSIMO EL SERVICIO DE HOY tanto que pedí para llevar!
I Place my order At 5:50 PM online. Got to the store just after 6 PM. The app said my order was ready. I get there the people behind the counter. Tell me I have to wait. Because the bread is being Baked i waited over an hour for my food. I never got an apology while I waited 4 other people was helped and served while I waited I will not recommend this store to any of my family or friends sorry
By far the best subway. I’m so glad I don’t have to go to the one on 53rd anymore that one is really bad
Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. We waited at least 5 minutes for one of the girls to come out of the back and when one did, we were "greeted" with an attitude. It was clear neither girl wanted to be there, they weren't nice in fact they were extremely rude throughout our whole experience. They also just assumed my friend and I were paying together when in fact we were not. 10/10 don't recommend.
2:58 PM 01/28/2024 check the camera how frustrating it feels to not get served and completely ignored. 100% Everyone else before me got served and after me got served. I do not know what I did wrong but I know I got completely ignored. Please either train or hire better person to work.
