They guys don’t change the gloves using the same gloves to clean as well as serve and make subway.. and on saying act like ohh it is not there.. Two girls where working at the time I bought it…
Service attitude is poor; hope they improve
If I could give zero stars I would. Service horrible Food was dry and horrible that a 5 year old could taste the difference. When she was told it wasn’t fresh, lady serving cracked it. Why do the job, if you are not happy. Put yourself as the customer receiving the food and see what you would say. Also the cheese was dry and cracked. Had not been sealed properly. Will not return and suggest not to buy for others. You need to fix your employees and food quality.
During our visit, one of your indian staff member treated us in a rude and dismissive manner. Her tone was disrespectful, and we were made to feel looked down upon while placing our order. Basic customer courtesy was lacking, and the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that all staff are reminded of the importance of treating customers professionally and respectfully at all times. Thank you
