Definitely have to be present to tell them exactly what you want on your sandwich and with what bread. Consistent with getting the order wrong 9/10 times
Terrible experience, actually BEYOND terrible!!! So I had a problem and needed to call and cancel my order......but Noooo!!! The phone at this place is impossible to call. It stays busy or it doesn't work at all. Other people have posted the same complaint. This is just simply UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. There's no reasonable excuse for this behavior. Very bad because I was there first and they were attending to me and another person came in and they left my order just sitting there just to go attend the other person that walked in, they didn't even worry to ask me if I needed anything else they just ignored me and they didn't even complete my order at all and in the end I just left just because I was Hispanic and the other person was an American, Ugly service.
We order pick up from here once a week. We have always had a wonderful experience with great service. Today was different, when we arrived to pick up our order, it was missing the chips and directions were not followed on the sandwiches. We unfortunately arrived home before noticing the chips were missing. We drove back to the store(sandwiches now cold) and when trying to get the attention of the lady working, she ignored us.
