We order pick up from here once a week. We have always had a wonderful experience with great service. Today was different, when we arrived to pick up our order, it was missing the chips and directions were not followed on the sandwiches. We unfortunately arrived home before noticing the chips were missing. We drove back to the store(sandwiches now cold) and when trying to get the attention of the lady working, she ignored us. I eat here at least once a week. I have found that when the “manager” isn’t here the place is in shambles. Today the young girl behind the counter was very rude and also yelling at her male coworker. There was no bread, the fountain machine was out of order and the counter was a wreck! She came out from behind the counter and was verbally angry about people not cleaning up after themselves. I ordered two sandwiches online, the meat was missing on one? I tried to call but call never goes through. Not cool subway, not cool.
Apparently they close an hour early to do this. Lady in the back seems to be dancing as she is cleaning lol. Very unprofessional.
