Ordered subs using their app and they still stuffed up the order. Got everything that I didn’t order and less. The bread was stale and was like a rock to eat. We returned the food and demanded a refund. NEVER go to Earlville Subway - save yourself from the awful experience!

Our orders were totally stuffed up, nothing like ordered. Had it delivered door dash as I couldn't drive and hubby has terminal cancer so can't really go out in public incase of viruses. Tried several times to call but kept getting told number doesn't exist. After trying to contact them and door dash without success for half hour, hubby had no choice but to drive several kilometres to the store. I was happy with how the whole process went, right up until the Lady boss took over at the end. She decided to cut our 2 footlongs into 4 x 6 inches. I'm not sure why? And wrapped them very tighttly to make sure there was zero air trapped inside, similar to how you buy mattresses these days. Actually they resembled more like a large cigar. Then, the rather difficult ordeal of scanning my subway card, resulted in me trying to verbalise my mobile phone number to her 5 times unsuccessfully.. Staff don't even greet you. There were about 3 dried up meatballs that have clearly been there since the morning, and a swarm of flies on all the meats. So disgusting! 🤮 I walked straight out because this is clearly a food safety hazard! Not ok at all.
