I ordered in app, went to store to pick up. Come to find out, this store is inside the hospital on another floor. So I finally get to the store and say I have a mobile order. “We don’t take mobile orders, it should’ve cancelled and refunded you.” So then I had to stand there, confirm my refund on my bank account, then place my order of four subs. The team leader was amazing! She was very helpful and efficient. The other staff was extremely rude. This location DOES NOT accept mobile orders, which is fine! But, they are incredibly rude when this happens!
Everybody's was polite and professional on what they do. The air conditioner was comfortable. Love the sub sandwich.
It never stays open till 4pm like the sign says.
