Ordered through the subway app for delivery. When it was delivered it was missing the drink and chips, when calling to see what could be done the worker said, "my only job is to make the food. Thats it."
My boyfriend and I placed an online order for pick up. It was 30$ .. we had the order number and made sure that it went through on our debit card. Upon arriving to the store we explained the situation.. very politely and calmly. Clean space every time I come in, which is frequent. May pop up in maps as a Shell gas station because it's attached to one.
Every time you go in there as a DoorDash or they expect you to get your own drinks when they are for other customers not your personal food which is unsanitary and unsafe disgusting
Today, they tried to kill me. I've ordered from here before. The service is good when the women are there, but the men are awful, rude and dismissive. Today I placed my usual pickup order, literally the same thing I get every time. But they decided to add onions today. I'm allergic to onions. So I'm about to take a ton of allergy meds and pass out. Not the Saturday I had planned.
