I have never seen any worse service in any subway but just here even today I was picking up a order around 6:15pm Staff took like ages Even after I told that girl who was working at the front that I’m here to pick up the order and she told me it’s just gonna take five minutes but instead I have to wait more than 25 minutes and even after that I didn’t receive the order Also I can see the order was ready and sitting there and just getting cold and instead of Packing up the order that girl at the front decided just to have lau... read more
Very poor customer service from the server to the cashier. My in-laws were here visiting from overseas and wasn’t treated well. The server was even rolling her eyes while preparing the food after my mother-in-law voiced out of her allergies. The cashier was rude. What a shame.
