Excellent customer service by Bhargav? (sorry if I misspelled your name). He was very friendly and prepared my order very quickly, coming out hot and fresh. The stall looked clean and organised.
Honestly, pretty disappointed with my experience here. There was hair in my food, which was already enough to put me off, and there were flies buzzing around the food area as well. The small Indian staff member taking my order also didn’t really listen to what I was asking for, so my order ended up being wrong and I had to explain it again. We grabbed a couple of subs last night on the way to the movies. I’m sorry to say they were the worst subs we’d ever had. Slopped together, little filling and definitely wasn’t the freshest. Not to mention trying to order with people who don’t understand English very well, makes it a very trying experience when trying to place an order.
went in this thursday night, i did appear 5-10 minutes before closing however its in the food court. i was waiting down the end of the bench to be served as i could see one of them already serving another customer. Then another staff member came out the back stood infront of me for not even 5 seconds then walked off as i was beginning to talk to her and then rudely turned off the lights. i understand its closing time, however the business was still open and im really upset with this disgusting level of hospitality
Very friendly team everytime, always gets me through effortlessly and the foods always great!
