Just poor customer service. Rude staff.
No staff at tills on arrival. Asked for a veggie delight sub and wanted to add a veggie patty was happy to pay extra, however after adding the veggie patty I was told I could no longer have the veggie delight sub and would have to pay extra for the avo, staff need to be more on top of communication in that respect, the staff member who served us also had an AirPod in one ear so could probably not even hear me as I asked for no onion specifically and immediately went to put onion on. Flies…flies everywhere. I didn’t have it in me to say anything by the time I noticed, but there were flies buzzing around all of the ingredients. Wildly unsanitary. I threw out an entire footlong sub and wasted $21.
