The manager an old Hispanic lady named Dianne was so rude every time I come in there. Today she told me to shut up and gave me bad service. They gave me hard dry meatballs then purposely overcharged me until I corrected her. This is literally the worst location I have ever been to.
I’m being generous with the stars here. This is my second visit to this Subway, and unfortunately, it seems like the employees haven’t received adequate training. I understand that Subway doesn’t aim to be as fast-paced as McDonald's or Chick-fil-A (in the same parking lot), but the time it takes to make a single sandwich is just WAY too long. The employees seem to lack a sense of urgency and don’t appear to notice the growing line of customers. If the customer service was more in line with Chick-fil-A's, I’d be more patient... read more
