Accolades to this specific Subway location for not only a warm greeting and fast service! Dipika was friendly and efficient, the restaurant was ‘hospital’ clean, it felt like a brand new establishment. Thanks Dipika! Hope to see you again soon.
Husband and I went in for a late dinner, and it seems many others had the same idea. It was very busy, with only one person working. However, Mahi was a champion and managed to take and fill orders all with friendly service! She did a great job, despite being in a tough situation. I hope management staffs the place better next time, though.
Just hit up Subway today for a veggie patty, and it was pretty solid. The ingredients tasted fresh, and Rushit hooked it up with a good portion of veggies .no complaints there. The restaurant was clean enough, nothing too special about the atmosphere. The only real downside was the music situation. It was the same few songs on repeat, pretty sure it was just the radio playing. It got a little old, but honestly, the sandwich was good, Rushit was friendly, and I was in and out quickly. Overall, a decent lunch spot.
It would be highly preferable for staff members to have at least a basic understanding of the English language, especially given the diversity of cultures and backgrounds among customers. Last week, I placed an order for lunch and clearly requested that it be made with chicken. The staff member confirmed this to me at the time.
