Absolutely terrible customer service. The two staff members working there were rude, dismissive, and acted like serving customers was an inconvenience to them. No greeting, no basic manners, no patience, and no sense of professionalism whatsoever. The whole experience felt careless from start to finish. It is honestly embarrassing for a brand like Subway to have staff who treat paying customers like a burden. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Some of the worst customer service. Ordered a footlong sandwich with my daughter and they wanted to charge the price of two 6 inch subs if packaged separately. Also they didn’t have half the salads despite being located right next to a Woolworths.
Wouldn't recommend it to go to this store. They make sub like you getting it for free. I had the worst subway experience ever
I made an online order and waited 15 mins because no one was even at the front the the wrap was poorly made. All the time waiting was because the person on shift wasn't even at the front making orders. Wasted my time. No apology or anything for having to wait for her to come and make my food
