As an Uber Eats driver, I regularly deal with different restaurants, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway Kilmore. I picked up multiple orders and was given incorrect information by staff, which led to delivery issues and affected my rating. On top of that, the attitude was rude and uncooperative instead of helpful. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication and behavior make it much harder for drivers to do their job properly.
