The lady at the register was very rude!! Talking overly sweet and condescending and laughing at me. I asked to build my own sub, which turned out o be fairly similar to the All American on their menu. In some confusion, my sandwich was put in the oven and cheese was added that I did not ask for. When I corrected the worker, the lady at the register chimed in and tried telling me that I ordered the All American and that’s why the cheese was put on there, but she wasn’t even the one who took my order! Staff is rude. Shorted us a pretzel. Churros were horrible here because she barely sprinkled any of the cinnamon sugar on them. Teach your staff better customer service skills please.
Customer service is excellent!
Any time I shop at the PX I have to stop by Subway and get a sandwich. Everything is always really fresh and delicious!
