Better almost dead than alive. But better not at all.
Zero stars for the rude man who told me to stop crying when i told him my sub was wrong. Excuse me for wanting what I paid for. Your nonexistent customer service has made my choice to stop eating subway a no brainer. Thank you for slamming the window as you shoved that piece of 2x4 in the bottom to lock it.
Today. I was reminded why I stopped eating out. The male employee was extremely rude . He yelled at the lady in front of us. When we got our food from the drive up window it was completely messed up. I called to ask about getting it fixed but the same employee told me. "We don't mess up and you need to cone in before you leave the parking lot or it's on you" then he hung up. This was my last visit to subway. Firehouse will be getting my money now.
