Extremely frustrating experience, especially because this has happened more than once with mobile orders at this location. We ordered two sandwiches: a footlong ham and cheese and a 6-inch tuna. Somehow, we received a footlong tuna and a 6-inch ham and cheese—and to make matters worse, neither sandwich was even made correctly according to the order. I ordered online. My order was slated to be picked up at 12:04 PM I waited at the window until 12:14PM. The two employees inside did not even look my way. Knowing they were extremely busy I waited. I was obvious to see out the window. I knocked on the window after 10 minutes to get attention. Then I slid the window open said sir. no answer 2 times. I didn't know Subway, or any fast food lobby for that matter, could be this clean! Also, this location has the friendliest And most efficient service I've ever experienced. I didn't even know both could be possible! The 2 young gentleman working earlier this evening are the best, hands down, and deserve to be recognized. Thanks Subway!💚
