I was surpise how great my sandwiches were we guys did amazing job i would give you a 10 i live close to the subway on south academy and they always mess my food up thank you guys for your hard work
Been going here my whole life. Always had a pleasant experience and tasty sandwich
The 2 girls that were working there today lack customer service severely. They didn't greet me at all and I stood at the counter waiting as they ignored me and worked online orders. At least say something like "we'll be with you in a minute". So ingenuine. I will not be going back there again. Edit: Also the girl that made my sandwich undertopped my sandwich. For how much toppings I had, I shouldn't just be tasting bread.
Forgot half my order
I absolutely hate subways marketing and now the entire company! Now they want me to order through the app instead of coupons I can hold in my hand which i won't go to subway for regular priceyour waaay overpriced now and if I order inthe app I have to wait 20 mins so it's pointless pulling upto the store and opening the app! I hate your slow POS app it has no cohesion 3 minute loading screens amd then a minimum of 20 minutes instead of order now! I wasted 10 mins preparing an order just so I cam use my coupon and then never ... read more
