Stopped at the Subway on 2499 South Academy, got the half sub for the day, Tuesday which was the teriyaki chicken, a drink and chips. the lady was extremely helpful, polite, friendly, good-natured. made an excellent sandwich.
I work nights. I've been to this subway twice after 7pm and before 10pm and they're always "closed" with the door locked. Just change your hours if you don't want to serve anyone after 7pm.
When we walked in some was already to take our order. Didn’t have to wait long the young man that did our order was great at his job. Can’t remember his name.
I ordered on the app, and when I received my food it had been missing all but 1 pickle, a couple olives and an ungodly amount of mayo and mustard. I was also missing my chips. I have submitted requests for a refund ect. This company should do better. This wouldn’t have happened when Dan was the district manager.
