I had placed an order and I have gotten the new nachos from here, the woman who had placed my order she was very chill and nice the service was quick and the food was good, she had let me know about how my day was going and letting me know about the new promotions, made my day honestly thank you to who took my order
Omg, this has to be the slowest location, waited almost 30 minutes to order. Worker only has attention span enough to handle one order at a time. When I walked in there was only one other person in line, he ordered two sandwiches.
I placed an online order for 30 min after I was placing it. I placed 6 separate orders under my account for different people (to use the coupon code it required this). Instead of calling me and asking, the girl behind the counter assumed it was a scam and called her boss instead. When I got there to pick it up she was super rude about it and not apologetic at all. Only online Orders?????
I was greeted by a very unfriendly lady when I walked in saying that they were only taking online orders and I couldn’t order a sandwich in person even though there was no one in the store and she was doing nothing. This is not the first time this has happened from this same lady who I believe is the manager. This is extremely frustrating because I don’t have cell service in that area to order online and there is no reason she couldn’t make a sandwich for me in person besides her just refusing to do her job.
