Very stale bread today. My sub wasn’t toasted but the bread was crunchy and hard.
I’ve been going in for several months now and Sila is always there and makes my sandwich perfect. Now you can read the other reviews and get mixed feelings about this location. Personally, I prefer to have my sandwich made in a timely manner, but I’ve noticed other people complain about them being made “too fast” on these reviews?? I’ve seen firsthand the wild online orders that these workers have to make, but they never complain or judge. Great service with a smile :)
Shorter lady with black hair always seems to be in a rush every time we go in to the store even when store is empty. She always makes sandwiches sloppy and never fully listens before asking “what else” or “how can i help”, she is incredibly rude to the new learning employees which makes it uncomfortable for all of us including other employees..
