The food was good. The service was ok. The staff could have been more friendly. They did what I asked about how I wanted my sandwiches prepared, but they they could have been more friendly. This is how you get top of the line service with your customers!! Interacting with a smile!!!
No knock against any particular store, but I won't bother going to any of them now. Two promotional mailings promised me deals that were good enough for me to take. None of the four locations I tried would honor the valid coupons. So I found a great meatball recipe instead ;)
If I could I would give them no stars I went in today and got two subs the first guy that started my subs was okay but the second guy that was gonna do the veggies on my subs pulls gloves from his jean pockets and puts them on and makes my sub that is very unsanitary and not right gloves don't cost that much and not right if your gonna work in restaurants you need to be sanitary and have some comon sense it was very uncalled for.
They need to learn to get new gloves before touching their and not pulling it out of their pocket. That's is disgusting.
