We had some technical issues with my lunch order, right before I had to go to work, accidentally ordered for a later time than I was wanting, however the staff was very helpful, they looked over my order and made sure I paid and then made my food for me so I could make it to work on time.
This is the second time I placed an online order and ordered the regular (non toasted) Italian herbs and cheese as well as listed in the instructions NOT to toast. So of course they toast it i am not someone who wants to eat rock hard subs. Absolutely disgusting and they never get back with you to fix it. Its only "look for an email" and that never comes. Calling the restaurant is no help when they offer to remake it now when im already home 13 miles away. Do not recommend
