I was the 3rd person in the shop.2nd person had to ask for her order to be taken. I was then the last person in the shop and ignored by both servers. One was fixing her uniform and then went round the back the 2nd was pulling out bread from the oven then walked around the back. I ended up saying dont worry about it and walked out.
Ordered a tuna subway. Received a sandwich with no tuna.
This subway is the BEST Subway hands down! First off, this man named Aidan served me, and let me tell you I was absolutely amazed by this man's service. I asked him to make me a footlong with chicken and he made it in about 1 minute. I was thinking to myself "Oh deary me, I wonder what else he is fast at! Did an online order thinking that is faster, big mistake. Got there about 20 minutes after I ordered, still hadn't been started and waited another 15 minutes still not started. Asked for refund and she said she can't. After 1hr from ordering i got my order, the service was shocking and worker extremely rude. Make the effort and drive to the lakes or goodna instead next time.
Worst service, made an online order and it wasn't ready, then proceeded to wait in store for 30 minutes after my collection time and had to remind them multiple times about my order while they still proceeded to make new customers orders
