Some old lady working here was annoyed because we came in near closing time saying she’s gonna quit after this one and complained about all the dishes in the back and was out of all ingredients and was mad bc I didn’t want the only option left which was American cheese, we come back next day and no where does it say there closed so we order online spent 20$ for food and arrive just for cheap sign saying closed at 6 bc of short staff, like get a grip on ur store no ingredients no staff and old ladies that act like little todd... read more
We got here 1 hours before closing and the lady refused service and screamed at us they close at 8pm, even though the sign outside says 9pm and on-line also 9pm. She could inform she doesn't want to provide service and also should consider changing careers, customer service isn't for her.
This location only ever has one staff at a time and the owner William thinks that's acceptable for some reason. Accepts cash but doesn't give change. I also know that they have D and C ratings for their health code score frequently and get told they need to improve it or be shut down. Which does not happen because... How can you clean with only one person on staff? I'm assuming that's the reason the Newport and other Lincoln city location got closed. Just go to the sea gulp across the street if you want a good sandwich.
The lady work has a shitty attitude didn’t even order and definitely didn’t stay!
They'e really stepped it up lately. Attentive staff. Cheap quality meals. And a clean tidy dining area.
