Subway is one of our " go to " places when we want something quick & easy & are in the mood for sandwiches. I found this location on my way home by mistake & its actually closer to my house than the one we usually go to. It was very clean, the woman behind the counter was super nice & wow does she know how to make the perfect sub! This location is my new favorite Subway!
Bad customer service. They charge for extra vegetables; however, the sign says "free veggies ". They are skimppy with toppings. I refuse to purchase from stores that disvalue their customers
Poor customer service
I am writing to report an issue regarding inconsistent service and unprofessional conduct during my recent visit. I ordered an Italian Trio pocket and a Baja Chicken pocket. I asked if I could add black olives, and the employee informed me, in a condescending tone, that additions or substitutions were not allowed—only removals.
