The store likes to close before their advertised closing time. That’s pretty cool. And the open sign is lit up as well.
Tonight I had the pleasure of being served by Joe. He was patient and made our sandwiches exactly how we asked and took extra care with our order. He worked diligently while his coworker (who seemed to be a manager) talked to an off the clock employee the entire time about other employes. Shootout to Joe for the great service!
Lack of basic customer service skills. Went in a long time ago and got bad service so put them on hold for about 4 months. Experience was even worse than the first time today. Was not greeted when I came in nor while I was standing at the line. Keep in mind the two employees are right on the other side just chatting away. The workers name is Champ and he was mumbling cuss words and when I asked him if he said something he said yes and when I asked him what he said he said nothing and rolled his eyes angrily but I knew he was cussing, his name is Champ.
