I visited your location to pick up an online order. I waited in line until it was my turn and then informed the employee that I had an online order. A manager (a man) told me that next time I needed to get in line, even though I was already waiting in line. When I explained this, he simply responded, “Oh, okay,” and did not acknowledge the misunderstanding or apologize for the way he spoke to me. A girl didnt use gloves and she make a sandwich for me and what shocked me alof is owner is standing next to her restroom condition like omg they had two restrooms but they locked one may for there own use and people were standing for their turn Isn’t this bullshit Subway headquarters watch And there place should need inspection
These people are horrible. While trying to order a sandwich a lady and maybe 3 year old came in to use the restroom. Both of which were well groomed. They denied the baby to use the restroom and she ended up having an accident. Horrible!!!!!
