1st. time visiting on Aug. 5, 2026, at this location on Cassopolis St. Elkhart, IN, I was near, so I came here. I was ordering a 5 sandwich order plus cookies. The manager was so rude. She was bossy, argumentative, and sharp toned. I asked her to be nice to me. She continued with her annoyed attitude, and so I asked her what her problem was? She said she had none. Online order for pickup: Pickup was supposed to be by 4:50. Order was placed at 4:15. Left store at 5:30. Spoke to the “manager” Ashley via phone from one of the workers who was by himself. Honestly I was mad. What’s the point of an online order and a finish time if they make you wait to come in and finish everyone in line before you?? This place is great! Never had any issues here 10/10. Very friendly employees and managers!
Braelyn and Bryan were very friendly and made our sandwiches quickly! They were very personable and made my kids laugh the whole time! There are 3 subways on this road and this is our favorite one!
